Stuck on stucco

Karen spent the day doing more stucco, working up until the bitter end. Even Jonathan was able to try his hand at it this afternoon. It is a bit challenging, requiring skill and technique. You want to apply just enough, and ensure the surface is as smooth as possible. Merrick would provide ongoing corrections to our “moments.” He spent 10 years doing this type of masonry, but explains that apprentices would require a year of observation before being able to do the stucco independently, so that made us feel better.
