Yes, smoked tofu

We laid low last night and dined in the neighborhood, finding a hip cafe. And there, in the land that Anthony Bourdain famously said “that vegetables forgot,” I had an amazing smoked tofu sandwich. Totally delicious, with great bread, acid, and micro greens. A welcome respite from the potato, cabbage, meat, and fried cheese extravaganza that has fueled our Prague explorations thus far.
